The author
Jason Santiago
Jason Santiago runs commercial construction projects for a living. Before he ever wrote a line of code, he ran jobs where the concrete was real and a wrong answer cost schedule, money, or worse. He still works in the field today.
He has no formal computer science credentials. He taught himself full-stack development and has built dozens of production applications, hundreds of thousands of lines of working code, as founder of Santiago Innovations. He never studied prompt engineering. He studied how to make answers prove themselves, because on a jobsite that is the only kind of answer worth having.
That standard became the Council Method: multiple AI models investigating independently, claims forced to name their sources, agreement never mistaken for verification, and a final verdict a human signs. He developed it while building FORGE, his own multi-agent software platform, where several AI models kept confidently breaking each other's work. He built and tested it on real projects before writing a word about it. The book got made with the method the book describes.
The patent
On December 5, 2025, Jason filed a patent application covering the system behind the method: Autonomous Multi-Agent Code Generation with Mandatory Security Diff Validation and Instantaneous Atomic Rollback. It describes a method for multi-LLM coordination with a supervisory agent, mandatory security validation that rejects prohibited patterns, immutable version records, and single-action rollback. The application is pending.
Reality is the only honest reviewer I have ever had.
