The Council Room

Watch the Council work on your question. Five AI models investigate independently, argue with each other, and a synthesizer delivers a verdict you can judge. One run per month. The full method is in the book.

Opening the Room…

What you are watching

The Room runs the exact discipline the book teaches, and it does the copying for you. Independence first: no voice sees another voice's answer until every answer is in. Then cross-examination: each voice is handed the other voices' answers, never its own, and must challenge the weakest claim it sees and defend or revise its own. Then synthesis: everything goes to a stronger model that weighs it on evidence, not votes, and writes a verdict saying where the room agreed, where it split, and how confident you should actually be. By hand, you would do all that passing between chat tabs yourself. Here you just watch it happen.

What is the Council Room?

The Council Room is a free live demonstration of the Council Method from the book Let the AI Be Smart. You ask one question. Five different AI models investigate it independently without seeing each other, then cross-examine each other’s answers, then a synthesizer weighs the evidence and delivers a verdict. It is a demonstration of the method, not a product.

Why only one run per month?

Each run calls six AI models and costs real money, and the Room exists to show you the method, not to be your daily tool. One run is enough to feel the difference between one confident answer and a verified one. The full method, with no meter, is taught in the book and runs in the same chat tabs you already use.

Why does it need my email?

The email is the price of admission and it is stated plainly: access requires an active subscription to the list. Unsubscribe and access ends. One signup delivers the free chapter and your Room access link together.

Which AI models are in the room?

Five voices from five different providers, deliberately anonymized as Voice A through E during the run so you judge arguments instead of brand names. The synthesis step runs on a stronger model, because the verdict is the output you judge the method by.
